DIY remodeling

I started to really dig into remodeling houses that could be bought through tax-lien sales or article of agreements because of my children. This is one of my daughters. I decided to try to make sure she has more than just memories when I am gone. I bought my first repository house about 6 years ago and I worked on it, little by little. I moved into the house when my daughter was born so she would know she had a secure and stable place to live.
